You will build innovative tools, scripts, webapps, and automated solutions that drive efficiency and performance for both our clients and our internal practices. This role will be responsible for spotting opportunities for automation, tools, and solutions that create a step change for our clients!
This role requires 2 days per week in the office (London/Brighton).
About our Media Solutions team
You will be working within the Media Solutions team within our Data & Analytics Department. The innovative solutions we create are used across the entire Global (US, UK, LATAM) agency (SEO, PPC, Content, Account Management) and you will be working closely with a wide variety of internal Directors and Managers. At times you will also be working on client specific solutions for a wide variety of large clients that sit across multiple industries such as Finance, Tourism, and Ecommerce.

What you’ll do
• Work directly with clients, channel directors and our Global Media Solutions Director to design, build, and deliver the powerful and innovative tools, apps, scripts, and solutions that our delivery experts use daily to deliver great work at iCrossing.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our proprietary collaboration and insight platform.
• Working within the Google Cloud Platform, connecting to internal and external APIs and bringing together data from multiple sources to deliver powerful and insightful tools.
• Contribute to the direction of the Media Solutions team at iCrossing, working with internal stakeholders to scope new projects and developing ideas of your own.
• Communicating clearly and concisely the value of our tools to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintaining the quality and smooth operation of our existing library of proprietary tech.
• Thoroughly training end users how to use new tools.
• Following documentation, CI/CD, and QA procedures.
• Be an ambassador of iCrossing and its values.
• You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who has the following technical skills and experience:
• Cloud Technologies: Familiar with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure. Skilled in developing, maintaining, and debugging serverless code within these environments.
• Programming: Experience in programming, particularly with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Data Visualization: Skilled in visualizing data using Google Looker Studio, custom dashboards, or other modern data visualization tools.
• Data Warehousing: Experienced in using BigQuery or equivalent data warehouse solutions.
• SQL Proficiency: Expertise in SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and querying.
• Automation: Experience in scoping, developing, and deploying automated tools and solutions.
• Front-End Development: Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, is desirable.
• ETL/ELT Tools: Experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes is an advantage.

• A concise and engaging communicator that can convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder and time management: colleagues and clients will be keen for progress, but you stay in control.
