Role Overview
As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients' premises are kept clean, safe, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help create a positive environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any inventory needs.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

• Merthyr Tydfil – Monday to Friday 0900 – 1000
• Haverfordwest – Monday to Friday 0845 – 0945
• Nailsea – Tuesday and Thursday 0830 – 1130
• Wells – Monday to Friday 0530 – 0730 or 1730 – 1930
• Bridgend – Monday to Friday 1745 – 1915
• Blackwood – Monday to Friday 0930 – 1030
• Hengoed – Monday to Friday 1700 – 1800
• Nailsea – Monday to Thursday 0715 – 0915
• Cardiff – Monday to Friday 1800– 2045 and Saturday 1500 - 1745
