We're looking for a Franchise Operations Manager join us and help us take Co-op franchise to new heights. As the only major UK food retailer to franchise our master-brand, complete corporate operating model, and technology suite, we offer franchisees a great opportunity to operate their own Co-op store. We're growing fast, and you'll be key to leading and shaping the future development of Co-op franchise.
What you'll do
- Manage and lead multiple franchise stores and franchise partners across a large geographic region to deliver our Co-op franchise business plan
- Make sure that changes to the Co-op operating model are fit for franchise and delivered into stores successfully
- Coach franchise store teams and partners; helping them to operate in line with our standards and processes and achieve their business plans
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our internal and external partners
- Develop an understanding of store performance using multiple data points
- Proactively identify and explore opportunities to improve our franchise operations
This role would suit people who have
- Experience in operational/field management
- Project management experience
- The ability to manage complex store plans and prioritise tasks effectively
- The ability to build and manage positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
