Summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager to provide a comprehensive housing management service for a portfolio of properties within the London region. Your role will involve producing accurate, high quality and customer focused written work, assist with raising repairs to our contractors, updating job records, assist with the management of void properties prior to letting and sale and ensure that all documents are uploaded to the IT systems and IT systems updated as required.

You will be joining our Affordable Housing team. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

This is a remote based role covering Wembley Park, Brentford and Watford, this is a maternity cover role for 12 months and the working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Implement the instructions and meet the targets set by the Head of Operations to ensure our contractual obligations are met.
• Manage the developments inboxes and tenant app/portal contact ensuring that emails and messages are promptly responded too.
• Ensure excellent customer service is at the forefront of all interactions and assist with successfully onboarding residents to their new homes.
• Liaise with other teams and contractors to ensure the properties and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Lead on the lettings of the properties. Processing applicants from application stage to move in and conducting viewings.

Key requirements:

• There will be completing deadlines so good organisational skills are key
• Be able to perform a whole range of housing management and administrative tasks.
• Good customer service skills and the ability to work within an ever changing environment
• IT skills (Word and Excel and relevant software)
• Be able to work proactively under own initiative
