We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Interiors Administrator to join our dynamic furniture team in Sheffield. You'll play a key role in supporting our team, installers, and customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice and face, answering phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Partner with internal and external contacts, including customers, suppliers, and installers, to manage orders, confirmations, deliveries, and installations.
  • Build strong relationships with everyone you interact with – professionalism is key!
  • Become a product expert – gain in-depth knowledge of our extensive supplier offerings.
  • Process sales and purchase orders with accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date systems and documentation.
  • Schedule customer deliveries, coordinating access and unloading.
  • Troubleshoot delivery hiccups and find solutions.
