Full Time (40hrs per week)

A vacancy has arisen in the South Lakeland Area for a Lawn Operative, to work closely with the franchise owners and the team, and will be covering the postcode areas of LA8 – LA23 inclusive.
This person will be responsible for the delivery of our award winning lawn care service, dealing face to face with many customers and providing them with seasonal lawn treatments throughout the year. You will be undertaking lawn assessments, analysis of lawn health and quotes for new customers. Visit a number of designated customers on a daily basis to apply fertiliser and pesticides using a variety of spraying and spreading equipment and using the necessary machinery to aerate and scarify lawns. If successful, you will be working mainly weekdays although some Saturday working will also be required.
The operation is based at Endmoor, Kendal. Applications will only be considered from applicants who live a reasonable travelling distance.
Applicants must be:-
• Hard working
• Trust worthy
• Enjoys working outdoors
• Self motivated, disciplined & organised
• Able to deliver first class customer service
• Have a full clean driving licence
• Able to work using your own initiative.
PA1/PA6 qualification preferred, but full training will be provided. All uniform will be provided.
