UK Based - Home Work/Hybrid

Marston Holdings has a fantastic opportunity for a Social Value Delivery Manager.

This role is a delivery manager position that exists to ensure our social value commitments are met and exceeded where possible, generating the greatest impact to the communities we work in.

The successful candidate will be overseeing Social Value outcomes across Marston Holdings, planning and undertaking initiatives that create social impact.

You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor social value initiatives across the group.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement a robust social value strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead on the development and delivery of social value initiatives across the business.
  • Collect, analyse and report on social value data and performance metrics.
  • Build and manage relationships with community organisations, charitable partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and conferences.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in social value strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of social value principles, metrics and frameworks.
  • Experience working with community organisations and charities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
