Summary
In this role you will be responsible for developing and planning the ‘customer journey’ from the time an issue has been identified through to resolution. As well as establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the Field teams and adopt a highly collaborative approach to resolving problem jobs. As well as dealing with pollution and Flooding.
This role will specifically look at effective field planning and enabling of the various stages to completion of incoming new customer cases and develop plans and work very closely with our contractors to ensure that the right equipment, people, and resources are in place to ensure excellent customer service in a timely manner.
What you’ll be doing as the Field Planning Specialist
- Delivering operational and customer performance through excellent liaison with our customers and key stakeholders such as the Local Authorities.
- Engage with contractors, customers, councils, and wider stakeholders to help work get delivered in a timely manner with minimal disruption.
- Champion change through a passion for continuous improvement, promoting best practice ways of working and sharing local knowledge.
- Ensure our policies are adhered to by following; Stringent H&S standards, compliance with Regulatory requirements and delivering great customer service and regular health& safety inspections.
- Base Location: Hybrid - Crossness (STW) - SE2 9AQ.
- Working Pattern or hours: 36 Hours Monday-Friday Plus the inclusion onto a standby rota for which you will receive additional payment.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be an opportunity to occasionally work from home.

- Possess strong communication skills and be resilient and tenacious in a challenging environment.
- Can deliver against stretching operational targets.
- Must hold full UK driving licence.
