Our client a forward-thinking law firm that provides an exceptional service to their clients and who really value their staff are currently looking to recruit a legal secretary to join their commercial property team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail to join a company that offers excellent company benefits. You will be providing high quality and professional support within their friendly commercial property department.

Role: Legal Secretary - Commercial Property Where: Southampton Salary: Up to £27,000pa dependant on experience

Responsibilities will include:

  • Audio typing.
  • File management.
  • Client care.
  • Document preparation.
  • Diary management.

You will need:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • To take pride in your work.
  • IT skills including MS Office.
