Personal Care Assistant for a 13 year old boy living in Browney, Durham
This 13 year old boy enjoys attending places like trampoline parks, bouncy castles, he’s also a thrill seeker and loves theme parks, and fast rides etc. Hi is autistic, and although he has many words and can express his needs and wants to a certain extent he doesn’t hold a conversation.
He does need some support with personal hygiene whilst out, and he also lacks spatial and danger awareness so needs constant supervision.
He is generally a happy child especially when doing things he enjoys.
Parents are very flexible with his hours, he is currently entitled to 6 hours during term time and 12 hours outside of term time.
Hourly rate is £12.00 per hour
Experience preferred but not essential
Car driver preferable
A DBS is required
