Clinical Service Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

35 hours per week (Days)

Up to £63,000 per annum plus up to 10% bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Service Manager (NMC Registered) to oversee the delivery of high-quality care for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, experience with managing budgets, and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents with an acquired brain injury and a mental health diagnosis.

Qualifications
  • UK NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (Adult), Registered Mental Health Nurse, or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
  • NVQ/QCF level 5 in health and social care or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting, with a focus on acquired brain injury , mental health or similar.
  • Strong understanding of budget management, resource allocation, and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Passion for advocating for individuals with acquired brain injuries and promoting their independence and quality of life

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing and healthcare management
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care and support to residents with acquired brain injuries
  • Develop and implement care plans, treatment strategies, and interventions to address the unique needs of individuals with acquired brain injuries
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for residents
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility
  • Act as a key liaison with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders to promote open communication and transparency regarding residents' care and well-being
