About the team

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RAF Association as a Digital Content Producer. You will be responsible for creating high-quality captivating video and audio content that highlights the work of the RAF Association, increases understanding of our activities and inspires and drives positive engagement with our supporters. Working closely with colleagues in the Corporate Communications and Engagement teams you will advise on and produce creative digital content to support our integrated marketing campaigns. Alongside other team members you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of case studies.

The role is busy and varied and will require you to work both independently and collaboratively to create content, which is appealing, informative and thought-provoking to promote our welfare and wellbeing work and help our members feel connected to the modern-day RAF.



About you

A degree in PR or journalism (or equivalent experience) and demonstrable experience of creating video and audio content is an essential requirement for this role. You will be an enthusiastic and experienced creative who can interview a variety of stakeholders and weave their stories into compelling content as well as having an awareness of current and emerging communications channels. As you would expect with a role of this type, you will demonstrate the highest standard of accuracy, clarity and accessibility in visual, verbal and written communication for different audiences along with experience of liaising sensitively with content contributors and developing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the organisation and with external stakeholders.
