As a Lead Manager I translate the strategy into action, implementing relevant plans thoughtfully. I typically lead projects, or I am a subject matter expert. In this role I am responsible for the overall Online business plan and delivering a number of projects to help Online meet its short and long term targets.

You will be responsible for

  • Strategic Planning: Guiding the development of the Online plan and ensuring the right initiatives are in place to deliver our performance measures in year and over the longer term
  • Value Management: Leading value and facilitating delivery of plans through providing structure and visibility, driving alignment and enabling effective decision-making across Online and to the broader business
  • Partnering: Drive standard methodology implementation of Business Planning processes in an Agile context
  • QBR: Working with Agile CoE to deliver an always-on planning approach, driving alignment and setting focus and priorities for the quarter, ensuring we have the right set of roadmap initiatives across our Value Streams to deliver against our organisational objectives and key results
  • UK Business Planning: Coordinating LTP submissions, Annual plan and ETMC scorecards with central UK teams
  • Strategic interventions: Partnering with teams across Online to support delivery of discrete, cross-functional projects to land in-year plans
  • Track delivery of plan: Ensure we\'re delivering our organisational goals and milestones through crafting and management of a joint Obeya Portfolio Wall

You will need

Operation skills relevant for this job:

  • Understanding of Online business models and economics
  • High levels of personal organisation
  • Ability to link between critical thinking and pragmatic implementation
  • Strong project and collaborator management skills
  • Good commercial competence and understanding
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Written and numerical capability
  • Ability to influence at all levels

Experience relevant for this job:

  • Broad collaborator management, including executive levels
  • Record of effective joint business planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives
  • Project Management/ PMO experience in Online / Retail context
  • Experience writing presentations for varying audiences and seniority levels
