Job Summary
The Video Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create educational, promotional, and informational videos that support our marketing strategies and drive engagement across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation:
o Develop, script, and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and the company website.
o Create a variety of video content types such as tutorials, testimonials, informational videos, webinars, and promotional materials.
• Video Production:
o Handle all aspects of video production including shooting, editing, sound, and lighting.
o Use creative storytelling techniques to produce compelling and educational video content.
• Post-Production:
o Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
o Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
o Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop video content strategies and campaigns.
o Coordinate with subject matter experts and other team members to gather content and feedback.
o Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of video content.
• Research and Trends:
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video production techniques, and digital marketing strategies.
o Continuously improve video content based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
Qualifications
• Nationality: Bulgarian, Romanian, Polish
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the education sector.
• Creative Skills:
o Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
o Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
o Ability to create engaging and high-quality video content tailored to different audiences.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
