You’ll predominantly be responsible for managing the busy diaries of the CEO, Stephen Good and Deputy CEO, Douglas Morrison, but you’ll feel a part of the entire BE-ST family, coordinating requests across the team (find out more about us).

What do we need from you?

• Extensive relevant experience of providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to senior staff
• Highly innovative with experience making process improvements
• Extensive experience of complex diary and office management
• Experience of organising, clerking and supporting meetings
• High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team, maintaining effective working relationships whilst prioritising own workload
• Ability to deliver to long and short term deadlines and adapt to competing demands
