Summary
Use experience and clinical expertise to provide leadership and advice to ensure that clinical leadership is central to the delivery of all network and NHS Wales activities. Identifying and working with the relevant individuals in the clinical leadership of the assigned area of work. To foster and promote a culture of clinical engagement and influence ensuring the network is truly clinically led. To support the Network team in the development of priorities to inform the work programme, demonstrating sound judgement and decision making. To act as a clinical champion/identified lead for specific thematic programmes of work. To promote the systematic application of quality framework tools such as NICE Quality Standards and methodologies to support understanding variation and drive system change.
