About The Role

Have you got the skills and passion to make a rapidly noticeable difference at LiveWest by improving our document management approach to help drive digital change through improved information management? If so, we want to hear from you.

As the Document Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our document management framework. You will support the design, implementation, and culture of document management, helping teams transition files from local storage to SharePoint. You will help produce guidance on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams usage in LiveWest.

You will support consultants in applying document classification and labelling, implementing Data Loss Prevention and embedding our information retention policy.

You will monitor progress with improvements and will need to build strong relationships with managers and teams across LiveWest as well as collaborate with external consultants and other colleagues delivering digital change.

This role is being offered on a full time, 12 month fixed term basis and can be based in our Exeter, or Tolvaddon office. A hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate

To be considered for the role of Document Management Lead, you will be / have:

- Experience in document management, information governance, or a related role.
- Experience of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams implementation and administration in an organisation.
- Knowledge of applying DLP policies and document retention schedules using Microsoft tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of GDPR requirements.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to change.
- Ability to build and manage relationships across the organisation.
- Ability to be an agent for change and promote the benefits.
- Experience of working on projects.
