Summary
No. 1 freelance Site Manager required for 30 week contract for the construction of a £2.5 Million new build leisure pavilion. Project will be a portal steel frame building with masonry, cladding, full internal fit-out for cafe, changing room etc facilities as well as all externals including services and car parking area. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will be autonomously responsible for the daily management and running of the project, daily duties will involve subcontract management and health & safety, short term planning and programmes, client and subcontractor meetings.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement. Proven track record delivering commercial, new build schemes as the lead no. 1 sit manager will be essential, unfortunately anyone previously/currently working for housing developers will not be considered.
