Summary
Bilingual Customer Services
Must be fluent in either Dutch, German or French
Permanent and full-time
Hybrid WS14 based
Up to £28,000 per annum (based on exp.)
Key duties:
- Act as first point of contact for customer
- Answer customer queries
- Offering customer support
- Work alongside European offices
- Respond to customer questions
- Process customer orders
- Complaint handling
- Manage your own customer account database
Required skills/experience:
- Customer service or relevant experience
- It is essential that you are fluent in either German, Dutch or French
- Administration skills
- Local to Lichfield area
- Full UK right to work
