Job Duties:
• Develop and implement engineering campaigns to enhance capability development within the aerospace and aviation industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation in engineering processes
• Design and execute training programmes to upskill engineering teams and improve overall performance
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure successful implementation of capability development initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in engineering project management and capability development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

This role is based in North West England. The engineer will work on a contract basis with expected hours per week. The work environment may involve collaboration with diverse teams, travel to different locations, and adherence to strict industry regulations and safety standards.
