This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and transform the landscape of SEN recruitment.For this role, we are open to hearing from remote candidates as well as ones local to the head office.Our ideal candidateExperienced supply or permanent recruitment consultant Qualified teacher or Teaching background desirable (particularly PE teachers)Graduate / Certificate Recruitment Consultant Practice (Level 3) desirableProven connections with teachers and/or schoolsCompetitive and resilient personalityExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of the British education systemSEN experience desirableWhat We Offer:Uspire Bespoke Training (in-person)
