Cleaner

Watergate House, Gateshead

Permanent, Part time (16 hpw), rota working , 4 hours over 4 days, (will include weekends)

£12.00 per hour with great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Want to help create a clean, tidy home for vulnerable people? We house elderly customers and you’ll be at the heart of ensuring they have a homely place to live. Cleaning our description of building you’ll also work with the team on turning around void flats effectively to house someone else who needs it.

Typical day as a Cleaner

  • You’ll work within our friendly team, who support our customers, to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our property including communal areas
  • You’ll prepare void rooms ready for our next customer to move in
  • You’ll ensure our office has a general spruce up when it’s needed

You bring  

  • Some experience of general cleaning duties  
  • Your friendliness and respect for our vulnerable customers coupled with your professional boundaries
  • Your ability to work on your initiative while also working as part of a team to ensure a clean property

Job details

  • Working on a rota you'll work 4 days per week for four hours. Start and finishing times are negotiable.
  • You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
