We are looking for an experienced and qualified Technician Supervisor to lead our early shift at our clients dealership in Gloucester. Your role will be to keep our customers’ vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance and ensuring the rest of the workshop team on shift are working on the right jobs at the right time, working with the workshop controller. The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service and to the highest quality, whilst inspiring those around them to be their best.
Duties of the Technician Supervisor :
• Leading the way in the workshop with quality and compliant repair and maintenance.
• Via fantastic communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face you will lead the technicians on your shift, ensuring they are motivated and engaged.
• You will be identifying worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards
• Using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
• Completing customer documentation while working to agreed time scales
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repairs, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
This Technician Supervisor role would suit you if:
• Have a Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in LCV and HGV Vehicle Repair and maintenance qualified
• Are a brilliant team player
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and being flexible with workloads
Hours for this Technician Supervisor role: Monday – Friday, early Shift 6.00 – 2.30. Every other Saturday 8.00 – 1.00 at OT rate.
