The Role
As a Contract Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will get the opportunity to manage high value construction / facilities contracts at the prestigious HMNB Clyde.

Day-to-day, you'll liaise with the Authority "Service Delivery Group" in the delivery of contracted services including maintenance, reactive works and minor works.

  • Provide advice on contracted requirements and support internal decision making process.
  • Reporting of performance in accordance to contracted requirements
  • Identifying risks and issues associated with the service delivery
  • Presenting change proposals to the authority
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to improve Babcock's overall performance with respect to HMNB Clyde

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at HMNB Clyde, near Helensburgh with a hybrid working arrangement.

Experience required of the Contract Manager

  • Fully conversant with contract requirements and scope of service provision
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Commercial and contractual understanding
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations
  • Knowledge of construction / FM industry beneficial but not essential

Qualifications Required for the Contract Manager

  • HNC / HND or equivalent in relevant subject

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
