Multi-skilled Operative
Description
As a Multi-skilled Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks across different areas of operations. You will have a diverse skillset and be able to adapt to different tasks and environments. This role requires a high level of versatility and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment
Assist in the setup and operation of production lines
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards
Handle materials and supplies, including loading and unloading
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Keep accurate records of tasks performed and materials used
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Hours Per Week : 37.00
Start Time: 07:30
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £11.70
