Summary
A full time live out carer is needed in Lambeth to provide care assistance and practical support to a senior client. A carer who is comfortable with pets and who lives in the local area is preferred. A driver would be a bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 6:30. Friday half day (8:30 to 1:30)
Duties include:
supporting the client in doing daily activities
accompanying to medical appointments
ordering and collecting medication
administering medication daily
assist in visiting friends
taking the client to parks/galleries/concerts
prompting the client to change clothes
washing/ironing
light housework
changing bed linen
shopping/receiving day time deliveries
making breakfast/lunch
feeding cat and dog
walking the dog with the client
encouraging the client to participate in physical activities such as watering the plants
ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The client is looking for a carer who can start on the 19th of August.
