Summary

Dornoch BID Ltd seeks an energetic, experienced project manager with a flair for marketing, who is passionate about improving the prosperity of businesses in Dornoch and Embo.

Dornoch Business Improvement District Ltd is a membership organisation representing and supporting approximately 180 businesses of all sizes and sectors in the IV25 postcode area of Dornoch and Embo. It has a topline business plan outlining the areas of delivery over the current term of 5 years, ending in November 2028.

This high-profile post will work with the BID board, BID members, public bodies, and service providers to deliver the BID Business Plan to promote, enhance and support our corner of the Highlands.

You'll oversee and manage the marketing of the area including the new website 'This is Dornoch' and our social media channels. You'll also support the organisation and delivery of events, oversee the administration of the member database and ensure continual communication, support and collaboration with our businesses in order to improve trading conditions across all sectors.

The role is home based and would suit flexible working. Ideally 35 hours per week, but we'll consider applicants who wish to be considered on a part-time basis.
