Summary
A law firm in South Wales are looking for a conveyancing locum to assist on a part-time basis from the end of August for a period of 6-12 months. You will need proficiency in post-completion land registry work and submitting LTT and SDLT. Agricultural experience would be distinctly advantageous but is not compulsory. You will need to be based at the firm's offices in Swansea for this role as remote/hybrid working is not available.
