Night Reception Manager (Duty Manager) 4 ON 4 OFF
£27,491 Including Service Charge We treat our people like family and our guest like royalty!The Night Reception Managerwill ensure the smooth and efficient operation and co -ordination of the Night Operation.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Night Manager or Supervisor in a hotel is essential
- Manage and supervise all activities during the overnight shift
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations
- Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel, and assisting them when necessary
- Ensure all legal, health and safety standards are adhered to
- Duty Management shifts as required
