Cleansing Labourer, Marybank Depot (2 Posts)
37 hours Per Week, Fixed term of 6 months
£27,243 to £28,323 per annum, inclusive of £2,742 per annum Distant Islands Allowance
Two Cleansing Labourers are required at Marybank Depot to undertake all duties associated with refuse collection, street cleansing and burial grounds maintenance.
Duties will include: the collection of refuse from domestic and commercial premises; duties associated with street cleansing and gully emptying; litter picking; collection of bulky household waste; grass cutting.
You should have previous experience of working in a Labourer post in difficult environments and be able to work in all weather conditions and have experience of mechanical plant operation and/or small tools.
A full, unrestricted UK driving licence is essential.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
