An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and highly skilled Electrician to join our team and as part of a friendly and professional in-house workforce you will be responsible for the delivery of cyclical electrical testing and re-active repairs to our social housing stock.
You will have completed an appropriate level of training and undertaken an electrical installation apprenticeship along with a minimum of 5 years industry experience in domestic fault diagnosis and repairs and be highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of the electrical trade. In addition, you will have undertaken and hold the following assessments:
Essential: Electrical apprenticeship, AM2, 18th Edition. 2391 or equivalent
Registration of the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme or similar and Working at Height experience would be advantages but not essential.
The ability to work unsupervised and in accordance with strict Health & Safety guidelines is also essential.
