Summary
Technical Sales Manager
Holt Engineering is working with a client to secure a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join the business. A well-respected engineering business with a global presence, our client has an excellent reputation. The ideal candidate will be a positive and results-driven individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement, excellent proven negotiation skills at a senior level, and international networking and sales experience.
Responsibilities for Technical Sales Manager
- Develop new market opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business
- Utilise international networking and sales experience to expand our business globally
- Continuously improve sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue and market penetration
- Negotiate at a senior level to secure profitable business deals
- Utilise technical sales experience within a manufacturing and engineering sector to drive business growth
- Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new business
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business success
Qualifications and Experience as Technical Sales Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- International sales experience in the aerospace industry is desirable
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clear verbal and written capability
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Technical estimating skills would be advantageous
- Ability to think outside the box and drive proactive business strategies
- Experience in a pivotal role within a global business environment
