We are hosting three virtual drop-in sessions where anyone can come along and ask any questions about the role or the application process and find out about what working for the RPA is like.
Each drop-in session will last for 1 hour, but it is not necessary to attend more than one session or to stay for the entire session unless you want to. It is also not compulsory to join any of these and participation will not impact recruitment decisions in any way.

We are looking for enthusiastic Caseworkers who are passionate about helping others and the environment to join our team at the Rural Payments Agency (RPA).

As an Operational Delivery Caseworker, you will be providing overarching support to all operational work areas. There is a requirement to work under your own initiative and to develop collaborative, constructive and professional working relationships with people of all grades in all parts of the Agency and beyond. You will be involved in many diverse and interesting tasks to support our customers and colleagues.
Some roles may include Line management of a dispersed team and there may be the requirement for regular travel.
