We are a Manchester based property development and private equity company owned and operated by Simon Ismail and Betfred-owner, Fred Done.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to work at our Salford Crescent Head office, you will primarily be based from here but may be required to work on various sites within the Manchester area as required.

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Dealing with enquiries from clients/third parties via telephone/email

- Scheduling appointments and deal with room bookings

- Making refreshments for clients and staff when required

- Preparing rooms and for meetings

- General administration/clerical work such as filing photocopying scanning etc

- Receive, sort and distribute post

- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Keep the reception area clean and tidy

In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

- Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team

- Excellent phone etiquette and effective written and oral communication skills

- Discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times

- Impeccable written & verbal communication, presentation & organisational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & Powerpoint

- Excellent multi-tasking skills

- Positive can-do attitude

- Resilient, positive and friendly

- Ability to work to deadlines

- Flexible - Understands the ever-changing needs of the business & is able to quickly adapt to meet these needs
