- Support the Domestic Services Manager with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain Servicetrac auditing software, updating changes to room locations within the Hospital.
- Emailing audit score results internally to the Matrons.
- Producing weekly audit schedules for the Domestic Supervisors & Clients.
- Producing cleaning schedules in line with the NHS National Cleaning Schedules.
- Complete any variation to contract documentation as per instruction of Domestic Services Manager.
- Order of stationary for Domestic Services.
- Provide support with the Client complaint handling system (Datix).
- Supporting payroll by ensuring the daily tasks on OurTime time and absence system are completed. Including exceptions, scheduling, processing annual leave and absences.
- Supporting payroll by ensuring all pay queries are handled in line with policy and being the first point of contact for any payroll queries.
- Supporting HR by ensuring all absences are reported and recorded on the Goodshape absence management system.
- Supporting HR to ensure that all return to work interviews are completed in line with policy.
- Supporting HR with the administration for any employee relations cases, for instance frequent absence meetings, investigations, outcome letters.
- Assist with notetaking in meetings as required.
- Support with recruitment administration and the onboarding processes in line with Company HR Policy.
- Issue uniform, security passes and lockers to new starters.
- To carry out exit interviews with leavers and prepare leavers forms.
- To complete business cases administration in line with policy.
- Support the ‘Be A Star’ recognition programme within Domestic Services.
- Support training by arranging attendance of Domestic Services Colleagues to the relevant training courses.
- To carry out any ad hoc administrative tasks which supports Domestic Services.
- To carry out any other reasonable request which supports the Contract.
