Summary
The Best Connection West Bromwich are recruiting for Bakery Operatives for our prestigious client based in Wednesbury.
Hours of work: 20:00-08:00 & 21:00-09:00 following a 4 on 4 off rota.
Responsibilities: Sieving and weighing hand ingredients, including lifting sacks of 20kg. Mixing paste using semi-automatic mixing bowl. Moving multiple bowls to and from the pasting unit pipe. Cleaning down bowls and mixing station and tubs. Supporting the shift with other bakery duties once trained. Candidate requirements: Must have excellent communication and numeracy and literacy skills. Comfortable with working under pressure. Able to work independently or as part of a team. - 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
