Key Responsibilities:
• Keeping up to date with current DVSA legislation
• Ensuring workshop machinery and tools are kept maintained
• Maintaining a professional workshop environment
• Ensuring correct diagnosis pathways are taken
• Being responsible for the efficient running of the workshop and maintaining high levels of productivity
Person Specification:
• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry
• Experience of coaching and mentoring staff
• Happy to work and install correct morals with all technicians
