Summary
A premier consultancy, design and installation team in the Kent & Southeast region in the solar panel renewable energy industry; working in both the commercial and residential sectors. Job purpose: As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the smooth delivery and implementation of a renewable energy project portfolio ranging from residential projects to large-scale commercial sites and maintenance servicing. The role will be engaging and varied and will require a ‘role your sleeves up’ attitude. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working alongside a team of PM’s and installation teams, you are someone who works well in a team environment, but also who is driven to achieve and develop on a personal level.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Contribute to the assessment and progression of all new business leads and development opportunities Skills:
