Schedule: Every Weekend | Monday to Friday | Night Shifts | Overtime Opportunities | Weekend Availability Required
Training: Initial 6-week onsite daytime training

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and proactive Night Admin Staff to join our police station admin team. This overnight role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations during the night shift. If you have a keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
-Diary Management: Organise and manage diaries efficiently.
-Call Handling: Answer all calls during the shift with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
-Email Management: Send and respond to emails promptly and accurately.
-Solicitor Allocation: Allocate solicitors to Police Stations as needed.
-Team Support: Assist the police station admin team with various tasks.
Essential Skills
-Telephone Manner: Excellent communication skills for handling phone calls professionally.
-Organisation: Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Proactivity: Ability to be proactive and use initiative to solve problems.
-Pressure Handling: Capability to work well under pressure.
-Time Management: Exceptional time management skills.
-Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new processes.

Ideal Candidate
-Night Shift Experience: Preferably experience in working night shifts within an administration or phone call setting.
-Availability: Able to work weekends, bank holidays, and cover shifts with short notice (minimum 7 days).
-Training: Willing to work daytime shifts (9am - 5pm) for a minimum of 6 weeks for initial training.
-Location: Must live within or be able to easily commute to the Manchester area for training and occasional meetings.
-Flexibility: Willingness to work alternative shifts and cover for holiday/sick leave.
-Remote Work: Good Wi-Fi connection and internet speed for remote work.
