Summary
Applicants will only be considered if they COME TO THE JESP GASES FACTORY (DY5 3TF) to get an application form which can be filled out by themselves in the factory reception.
This is a Full time, permanent job
This job is only Driving 3.5 tonne flat back pickup trucks not lorrys.
Annual wage £25,350
Jesp Gases would like to invite you to join a well established team of delivery drivers and factory operatives to our growing 35 year old family business.
Jesp is the leading independent bottled gas distribution company in the midlands.
This job does involve heavy lifting. (some cylinders are up to 40kgs in weight).
Over 25's due to our driving fleet insurance.
Job Purpose:
Distribute cylinders and equipment safely and efficiently to designated location within set timeframe.
Cylinder Delivery Driver Job Duties:
· To deliver to 20 to 30 establishments per day (between 30 to 100 cylinders)
· Keep records of deliveries
· Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including phone sat nav.
· Will have to lift cylinders on and off vehicles
· Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
· Follow pre-planned route accurately.
