Summary

Are you looking for a role where your analytical and organisational skills make a difference to how we support adoptive families and young people? This role is with Adopt South, the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton local authorities, with the lead authority Hampshire County Council as the employer.

You will be responsible for organising data from various sources, as well as managing information to ensure our datasets are current and accurate. Reporting will include preparing insights on performance for senior managers and the Adoption Support Team. With our family and young people events, you will assist with the sending of communications on our learning and social events, as well as coordinate arrangements for our events including our Family Fun Days. You may also be required at times to support your team with preparing therapeutic support packages for families.

This exciting new position within our Adoption Support Team, requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual with an eye for detail. You will have experience of working with excel and/or datasets, with ability to track, report and manage information, as well as support us with communications and managing arrangements for our face to face and virtual events for families and young people. A team player who can work in a busy environment, you are confident using your own initiative when required, and have excellent IT and communication skills.
