Salary: £30,500

Qualifications

•Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

•Assist in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

•Assist in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

•Collaborate with the General to develop and implement standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency in service and quality.

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.

•Provide ongoing training and guidance to the staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.

•Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, cooperation, and professional development.

•Ensure efficient inventory management, including ordering and stocking of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.

•Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate execution of menu items, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

•Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and supplies, to meet budgetary goals.

•Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability.

Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft package.

•Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation practices.
