Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RF Works Coach (Support Worker) to join our team, working across our Growing Places site in Claydon and Nowton Park Nursery site in Bury St Edmunds. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of capacity and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support and coaching to individuals, adapting your style and methods to meet their needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of capacity and understanding.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
• This role is subject to a DBS check.
• A full clean driving licence is essential to the role as you’ll be required to work between both sites, based on site requirements.
