Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a new Kitchen Assistant to support the development of Catering services within Community Options (Day Services). The post holder will work under the supervision of the Cook to assist in the running of the Catering Enterprises within Community Options.

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Kitchen Assistant within the Catering Enterprise- services within Community Options.

The post holder will work under the supervision and instruction of the Cook to assist and carry out tasks in relation to the reheating and storage of foods, preparing and serving snacks, to the public, general cleaning duties including clearing away and maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding areas in all environments whilst working as part of a team.

You will be prepared to work flexibly across the wider Community Options Catering facilities to ensure the smooth running of the service areas.

You should possess a current Food Safety Level 2 and a willingness to undertake any future training as required by the post.

A full driving license is desirable for this post.
