Hays are representing a dynamic FMCG company who distribute a wide range of leading brands to recruit a Brand Manager on a 1-Year FTC in Belfast.
Your new role
As Brand Manager, you will manage a range of brands within the companies' portfolio and your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing brand plans for the portfolio
- Overseeing partnerships between brand owners including managing the entirety of consumer marketing strategies for each brand and their financial outcomes
- Overseeing, monitoring and managing the performance metrics for the brand portfolio
- Craft and implement exemplary consumer and trade marketing strategies and collaborate with the commercial team to organise, synchronise, and assess the effectiveness of brand promotion and visibility initiatives
- Oversee the financial aspects of each brand, ensuring all activities are conducted within the allocated budget.
- Support management team to secure new brand acquisitions
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience dealing with grocery retailers e.g. Spar
- Knowledge of product launches in store in FMCG sector
- Experience in creating and implementing brand plans that have attained significant performance.
