Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our client's complaints team on a temporary basis.
Staffline is recruiting for Assistant Complaint Officers in Swansea.
The rate of pay is £12.59 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts, the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of an Assistant Complaints Officer include:
- Assist with receiving and responding to complaints from service users across the whole range of Council Services.
- Assist with linking with departments to arrange the investigation/handling of formal and informal complaints in accordance with local procedures.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to relate to all members of staff and the public.
You will show strong co-ordination and organisational skills.
Applicants must be able to work in a computer-orientated environment with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
