Salary: Hoople Band C £25,826 - £32,446 per annum
Contract: Fixed term - 12 months to cover maternity leave.

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage our Hoople Care recruitment service which includes:
Learning Disabilities:
A residential and respite service, specialising in supporting adults with learning disabilities. Southbank in Hereford supports seven people in three linked bungalows, one of which also provides respite services. Ridgemoor in Leominster comprises of two wheelchair accessible bungalows in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area.
Hillside
A CQC registered care and rehabilitation facility for health and social care. This is a specialist facility providing long term care for older members of the community who are living with age related conditions, including dementia.
Home First
A Reablement service, supporting anyone over the age of 18 who is eligible for social care support and would benefit from a short term period of rehabilitation. Support is available to those who may have experienced a fall or a crisis at home, a temporary illness or a permanent disability.
You will work independently on your own initiative, supporting our managers in Hoople Care to successfully recruit to their front line service vacancies. The role will require you to:
Manage social media campaigns
• Manage budgets and spend for campaigns
• Collate data and stats on how successful campaigns are
• Work closely with Hoople Care managers to identify vacancies
• Arrange, support and promote recruitment events
• Understand new ways to market vacancies for our target audience
• Work closely with the department to ensure candidates start quickly (DBS, reference chasing)
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish and will be the key contact for Hoople care managers. Experience of working in recruitment, HR, care or a combination of these would be beneficial. Primarily you will be able to manage your workload and provide an effective, pro-active recruitment service.
