The role:

Our Technical, Production and Costume Department plays a leading part in ensuring our performances are of the highest quality by delivering technical excellence for every performance, rehearsal, and event.

We are now seeking to recruit a Stage Technician to join our Linbury Theatre team, working to deliver safely and effectively all technical and practical aspects of the ROH`s work in the Linbury Theatre to the highest possible standard.



What you`ll bring:

This role will suit a candidate who has strong communication skills and is able to show initiative in dealing with day-to-day problems. You will also be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record in technical theatre with a producing organisation or venue working as part of the Stage department.
Excellent technical skills with a thorough understanding of current equipment and systems in all key areas. Essential to have a high level of ability in stage, stage engineering, and flys, with automation experience an advantage.
Good experience of scenic construction, carpentry and rigging.
Competent user of AutoCAD.
