Inspire Education Group (IEG) seeks a visionary leader to join our team as Vice Principal, Curriculum & Quality. This pivotal role will shape our curriculum, ensuring learners gain the skills needed to excel in today's world.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking curriculum that surpasses industry standards.
• Lead improvements in teaching, learning, and assessment, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the IEG Executive Team to create a curriculum strategy aligned with local and regional needs.
• Oversee quality assurance to maintain high standards and drive positive change.
• Inspire and guide staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

What are we looking for?

• A seasoned leader with a proven track record in senior management within the FE sector.
• Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, implementation, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating strategy into effective action.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.
