The Opportunity
We have multiple opportunities for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in either Bristol or Peteborough, working on a hybrid basis. This role will be responsible for analysing, defining and shaping strategic outcomes to deliver change across the business which maximizes business benefit and architectural reusability.
A typical day to day would see you actively working with Transformation and the business stakeholders to shape and define business solutions. You will also be consulting with various figures, both inside and outside of the business, to understand and evaluate the impacts of change.
You'll be:
- Working with our business, Transformation team, and strategic partners on big, complex projects to figure out, understand, and agree on what we need.
- Helping come up with creative business solutions that fit our strategic, tactical, and operational goals, often impacting multiple units across Diligenta.
- Keeping an eye on new laws and regulations to see how they might affect our business processes and systems.
- Talking with the business and partners to pinpoint and tackle business challenges, uncover root causes, and suggest the best ways forward.
- Creating clear and engaging documentation, using visuals and stats to explain requirements, options, and feasibility to different stakeholders.
- Supporting business acceptance testing by helping out with testing strategies and plans, and being the go-to person for any questions or issues that come up.

- Strong Life and Pension product knowledge
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in a wide range of information/data presentation techniques
- Have a good understanding of project methodologies and approaches
- Possess a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
